Love this stove. Call me crazy but the food that comes off this stove tastes better. Anything we’ve put in the stove has come out perfectly cooked. Our roasted vegetables have been delicious. So I purchased this stove January 2020 and this week Aug 2021 the switch for the light broke. I see that the newer models have different switches, I am going to Cosmo to see if I can get a couple switches, one to replace the one that broke, and another just in case the one for the convection oven breaks. I must say that I am not that impressed with this stove. The top is not that easy to clean and the grates are so heavy that they scratch the Porcelain top. Perhaps now that they are trying to make a name for themselves there products hopefully will get better. I wanted something without computers as they always seem to break and now other things go. We recently bought a 170 year old farmhouse and slowly renovating. We’re on a tight budget and this fit the bill. We replaced a 1970s 36 inch gas stove with this beauty. I did the gas connection myself but had my electrician install the 50 amp outlet. Burners are powerful and the oven is great. It does take as long as the old one to preheat , but once it gets going, it’s really true convection. I’m a former chef and really wanted the kind of stove I had in my restaurant and food truck.
