I'm very happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble and looks just like the picture. The directions are not really clear and to make it easier to screw in the bolts I drilled holes in the plastic. I'm handy and I figured it out and it came together in an hour. In addition, we originally thought it was going to be way too big for a mailbox, however the size ended up being perfect and not overbearing. Likes: -We love the way it looks. Unique to other mailboxes in our neighborhood. -The opening is larger for additional mail items such as the smaller packages we receive that usually end up sitting on the ground by our front door (sometimes getting soggy or wet). -Sturdy -Durable plastic material -Magnetic piece to keep the door closed -Love the plant hanger option on the back, easy to assemble. Dislikes: -a little difficult to put together -instructions needed to be clearer regarding attachment of the top to the bottom of the actual mailbox (where the mail goes into). Just got a chance to install this product after our move. Unfortunately the top of the box was dented. This wasn't something done during shipping, as the product was cushioned by a couple of boxes. It looks like someone dropped it on a hard edge and decided to ship it that way anyway, which is kind of bad since the dent is obvious. Also the hooks that hold the sign don't fit the holes. We had to MacGyver it. Too bad because the rest of it is cute.
