So once it was received and I pulled all parts out I noticed it didn’t come with any extra parts amd some of the wooden dowels were busted. So I was not happy. Then after looking at the instructions I realized they were not that clear and really hard to understand. Then I noticed some holes were not drilled when instructions said they were there. I also had some parts bent making it hard to put this item together. It’s pretty sturdy. And I don’t like that I have to buy the trash bin separate you would think it would be a pair.. Liz1304. Lovely duel chamber trash can. The lids are quiet & quick to open with the foot pedal, & they lower slowly & silently. The soft finish on the bronze exterior looks great while also being "fingerprint-free." One thing to note is that the custom fit Songmic trash bags don't fit this model as well as generic non-branded trash bags. If you want the lift handle for the removable trash can to be outside the trash bag/acessible, then using the Songmics trash bag means the lid to the trash will be left ajar. If you choose to cover the lift handle with the Songmics trash bag, then the trash can lid is left just slightly raised.
