I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. You cannot buy better cookware... ...you can pay more for cookware but, in my opinion, it can't get any better than the Farberware Millennium stainless steel cookware set. You can go from stove top to oven...up to 500 degrees with these (lids too). I've been cooking a very long time and this cookware is a joy to use. When cooking on the stove top use a lower heat with the encapsulated bottom type of cookware and there should be no problems with food sticking or clean up.
