I called the tech support two weeks ago, I was told just to reset it by unplugging the refer and wait for 15 mins then plugged it back! Up to now, still the same! The unit fits nicely in the space provided. We have a small area to fit as the home is older and not setup for a larger 35" plus unit. We renovated our one car garage into a tiny house and this was the perfect size for the space. It is a piece of art and added to the beachy 50’s feel. We love it. I particularly love that the freezer is on the bottom because you use that less. And it has drawers in the freezer which works so much better than trying to bend down and look in.
