I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. I’m giving this gazebo 4 stars overall. My husband assembled it by himself, and the process took about 4 hours. The most frustrating part was the corner pieces that fit into the frame—the alignment seemed slightly off, making them extremely difficult to get into place correctly. That said, once assembled, I absolutely love the look of it. It feels very sturdy and has been a beautiful addition to our backyard. My biggest complaint is the mosquito netting. The mesh does not fully reach the top of the frame, leaving about a one-inch gap between the curtain and the gazebo where bugs can easily get inside. I’ve been able to reduce the gap somewhat by double-looping the attachment points onto the clips, but that’s not something customers should have to do. I was also missing seven hooks when the gazebo arrived. On a positive note, customer service was excellent. After I contacted them about the issues, they offered to send a replacement frame, canopy, netting, and hooks at no cost. I really appreciated their willingness to make things right and felt that was very generous. At this point, we’re not eager to take the entire gazebo apart since it’s already assembled, but I’ll update my review if we decide to install the replacement parts. Overall, I would recommend this gazebo. It looks great, feels sturdy, and the company stands behind its product. Just don’t expect perfection, and be prepared for a few assembly and fitment issues.. We’re going love sitting outside this summer. It’s a great space for family gatherings, an outside reading and relaxing spot, and enjoying the sun without too much exposure. Zippers on each corner allow sides to be raised to catch more of a breeze. It wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped. Structure was fairly straight forward. The Velcro straps were a pain to attach at the top of canopy. They tangled and didn’t easily adhere. After buying canvas topped gazebos in the past, I finally made a decision to get the aluminum patio gazebo. This is the second one we have purchased, one was a gift and we liked it so much we purchased this for us. it’s incredibly sturdy. I was delighted that the roof has 3 hook areas for lighting, plants or wind chimes. The only thing that I would say to the negative is that it took an inordinate amount of time during setup to peel the protective film off the aluminum top pieces perhaps maybe they could do something more with a different protection that could be easily removed but other than that, we love it.. I didn’t want to do a review until this Patio Gazebo was up for awhile.(approx 1 year) has withstood heavy winds, and rain over time, particularly in winter the last few weeks here in Georgia. There were three people putting up the gazebo and it took about five hours. It did fit together very well and instructions are ok. There is a mistake in the manual. There are 8 G1 parts, not 4 which it says on page 10. Also the picture of G1 on page 6 and 10 is incorrect. There are 2 pictures of G1 on page 10 and the other picture is correct. I put the curtains on and we didn’t quite understand how the Velcro tabs should go so that added time. After a few days I took the curtains down as I don’t think we will ever close them.
