We enjoy the patio set! Shipping and delivery were great. Cushions seem too have broken in really well, but they tend to move around a lot on the base of both the chairs and couch. It would be great if there were upgraded cushions with at least something to attach them to the Ratan backs. If this was done on the bottom cushions I believe it would help with the backs as well.. We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw. I am so very pleased with these chairs! My husband took his time, due, he said, to the many parts, but it was easy enough and he estimated it took him two hours in total. Nice set and decent for the money. Rocking swivel chairs are very nice, but had incorrectly matched piece that was too big for lower screws to attach.
