The chairs are perfect. They are comfortable, sturdy, and very easy to assemble. Some of the reviews said they leaned back too far, but I don’t find that to be the case. Some reviews also mention that the chairs did not sit on the ground evenly and again, I did not have a problem with this. The color is more of a speckled deep charcoal gray and black mix. So it isn't what I would consider a solid black. It's one of those fabrics that is a different color at different times of the day.
