Absolutely LOVE this Caannasweis Cookware set. They are definitely non-stick surfaces. The cleanup on these pans are amazing. The foods really do slip right off of the surface of the pans. Plus, they are pleasant to look at. The saute pans are almost 3 in deep. Although the handles on the pots do get quite warm, that is noted in the instructions. These pans are glorious. I've been wanting All Clad for a long time and was happy to finally get these. We just bought a nice Cuisinart stainless steel set but really needed a good nonstick pan for certain things. These conduct heat very well and are great quality. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking.
