The BRAND NEW upgraded Premium Stone Arch Lisboa Pizza Oven is truly a work of art. The slate stone facade is a nice blend of gray tones of natural stones which makes this a one of a kind oven. What we love about this oven is the versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), it is also rotisserie capable (like the Lisboa). The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, breads and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our brick ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! This is probably our new favorite thing to use in our house. We’ve decided to make Sunday nights pizza night. This was easy to assemble and easy to use. It’s even keeping the temp in our colder weather. The door removed with ease when we added the pizza and it has a nice sized viewing window. It was easy clean up and while it’s a nice sized oven it will be easily stored. The outside wipes up easily and the levels are both nice sized.
