Mid Century Chair Set Of 2

These things ROCK! They are a deep emerald green and took about 3 minutes each to build. I'm not kidding, just screw the metal slides onto the chair's parts and then slide it together. High recommend an electric screw driver for these types of things. They come with white plastic feet that are nailed into the bottom of the legs and as mine are on hardwood, they slide a bunch, so I just took those off with the claw end of a hammer and tapped the staples down to avoid scratches. I LOVE this chair. In all fairness, I must state that my husband hates it. He hates the color and he thinks the fabric looks like "cheap laminated junk". He also is a guy, so his home styling opinions don't really matter. This chair was super easy to assemble, the box was light enough that I could carry up the stairs on my own to the bedroom to assemble. Once assembled the first thing I did was curl up and take a little nap. It's very cozy. So far I've taken a nap in it, did my nails in it, blow dried my hair in it, played a few hours of a dumb game on my phone in it, snuggled with my dog while waiting for some company to leave the house... it's an all purpose chair. Its low, but thats what i love about it. I also love that my dog wont steal it because he hasn't laid in it by himself yet, he only sits on it, or uses it as a step to hop onto the bed. Because the seat isn't flat, but curved i think it throws him off. But thats great because I dont have to shew him out of it when I want to enjoy it. This is pretty much a lay-down chair, you can scoot the cushion up and pretend its a normal chair, but it's not ... get comfy and sink in. My dog did get in the chair and nab a bottled diet coke off of my night stand, bring it into the chair and proceed to open it with his teeth, which made the bottle completely empty into the seat of the chair, but i literally used paper towels to wipe it clean, and you would never know it even happened. It's lightweight enough to move around where you want it easily, but still feels very sturdy. Our bedroom is very versatile when it comes to colors, so the chair fits in fine, even though my husband hates the color. The chairs look more expensive! The wood tone is spot on although is not wood. The table on the side is real wood and you cant tell the difference , they even added a wood tone sticker so you can cover screw hole ! Loved it AND the foam cushion is super comfy!
