I’ve been shopping for a new couch for over a year. It’s hard to find good quality that isn’t gray! This sectional is very firm and supportive. The cushions have gaps due to how they ship. But they’re starting to spread out with use. The couch itself does not have Velcro for the back or seat cushions. I was initially worried about that but they honestly don’t move around much. The ottomans do come with Velcro so they don’t move. The ottomans do not attach to the couch - nor can they. They’re so heavy, it’s not a problem. Was pleasantly surprised that the storage area for them are on a hydraulic arm. They open automatically when you pull the tab. The tab also slides under the cushion if you don’t like it sticking out. Unboxing will take more time than assembly! Be ready for a few trips to a recycling center with all the cardboard. It would take me months to try and put it in my curbside bin.. David. Akron, OH. Perfect!!! This is exactly what I wanted! I was concerned about the actual shade of "charcoal". . .I think the photos are great representation of the color. Very dark, but then looks lighter with light hitting it. My wall color is Sherwin Williams Iron Ore, and it perfect with that. Also, the pile of the velvet is not too lush and it is not a "suede" it is the perfect texture. I have this same Cami sofa in an off white and love them both so much! I ordered the ocean blue and it’s a gorgeous color!!! Material is so soft to the touch yet seems like it will hold up well. The style is just what I was looking for. So nice that you can put the chaise on either side. Super easy to put together. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it was packed so tightly in that enormous box, there are depressions in the velvet that are not going away. The last 3 photos show the depressions I am referring to. I am getting used to it. I like everything else about the sofa, so no way would I return it because of that little issue.. Rita. Tomah, WI.
