I ordered 2 chairs for my kitchen. I like that the chairs are made of ash, a hardwood. I expect them to hold up well. The arms and overall style make them very comfortable. One of the chairs will benefit from stain touchups at the joinery point in the back and on the inside of one arm, but these are minor issues. Construction was solid with no gaps, very comfortable and sturdy chair. It suits our purpose perfectly. The only negatives: we were missing a bolt and the bolt covers were cheap plastic that didn't match the wood and didn't fit on the bolts, so they were unusable.
