I've searched for some time for a new dinnerware set that would suit my needs. I found this Mikasa and fell in love with the style and color; in addition, I was familiar with the Mikasa brand, having had several of their products previously.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the set. The only issue that I've noticed, is that after several uses, the white areas are showing dark scratch marks from knife use; no indent type scratching, just pencil-like lines.
