Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. This looks really good, and I am excited to have a one piece shower base so I no longer have to worry about water leakage. One thing I am pretty disappointed about is that the shower base is super slick when wet. We will have to find a way to make it less slippery without changing the way it looks.
