My delivery experience with Mercari was perfect. It actually was delivered before the delivery date (with available tracking ) and it was placed right on my front door step as I asked. It is wonderful that we do have a say so with giving directions on where we would like our item placed or even if we would like to have it placed on a hold. It was in great condition which shows that it was handled with care. And to top it off I loved my item. I purchased a mini crib for my baby and it is perfect for a smaller apartment. It's a beautiful crib but it came with some scratches. This is our first baby too. We want the best for our son. The website recommended the wrong sized mattress to us so I have to get it sent back. Crib is adorable and pretty sturdy. Shipping was kind of wonky, because it didn’t update on the app. It did eventually and customer service was very nice and prompt when helping me. Some of the pieces didn’t align the best, leaving some sharp corners on it in a place or two, but not horrible. Easy to put together! The changing pad did come with a few rips in the material.
