I purchased two of these fans. One for the living room and one for the home office. I love the look of them! The only issue I had was that due to their close proximity using the remote turns both of them onoff etc. this is true for both the light and the fan. We purchased the wall switch as well for each to attempt to fix the issue however, the wall switch causes the same problem. Overall, it doesn’t bother us much and is worth it for the beauty of the pieces. Two things to be aware of, 1.) fan only comes with a remote. If you think you will lose it, purchase the wall switch, 2.) be sure to read the angle measurements, our office ceiling was too sloped and we had to purchase an adapter kit from the manufacturer. We ordered 2 of these fans, one for a living room and one for our master. They are sleek, beautiful and powerful, albeit a little darker than pictured. Unfortunately the control for the fans do not fit in our existing 3-switch outlets. They will have to be placed on their own by an electrician, or we will need to give up a light switch. The controls come in white, which do not work with our faceplates, so we will have to contact the company and request off-white ones. They are very nice fans, but with a little unexpected hassle.
