The design of the shed is what sold us! Upon delivery of the shed, we began losing our excitement. The instruction manual required someone with architectural rendering experience to understand some of the instructions. Not easy for a semi-pro to figure it out. The majority of the wood was not marked, so each piece of wood had to be measured and marked to insure the shed would be square. Some of the 2 x4's had massive curves or were split, so adjustments had to be made to insure solid construction. Wood quality seemed like C grade. Very nice shed! Spacious interior, modern look exterior. Second one I purchased. They hold up very well. First one, a friend and I took an afternoon to build. The shed looks great. Personal aesthetic-wise, it’s got a ton of appeal. It was mostly straightforward to assemble, save for some metal on metal screws in the roof supports. I’ve had a Suncast in the past, and this feels like a major improvement in 2 ways 1) I didn’t skimp on the foundation this time. We did the whole slab thing and the shed squared up perfectly on top of it. 2) the resin walls have a metal support that runs up the center it gives it a very sturdy feel.. Darren. Ordering the shed was easy, as always with Wayfair. Shipping the package and getting it on my property was not. It took a month to the day to receive the shed, following at least 6 calls to Wayfair. It went through a 3rd party shipper, so I understand when there’s more parties involved, more can go awry. Once that snafu was ironed out, the delivery guys were great! I was home when they arrived and they put the 800lb package exactly where is asked with a smile on their face. Everything looks intact. Wayfair could iron out the delivery process when using a 3rd party shipper with larger packages. I’ll let you know how the shed looks when I build it next weekend.. Craig.
