Beautiful Faucet with great functionality. Disappointed Moen doesn't make a matching disposal flange like Kohler does for their gold color. It has been problematic finding a sink disposal flange to match, This faucet is very much "Brass" and much less "Gold". I was slightly surprised how dark brass this faucet was as catalog photos were hard to tell. But it matches my hardware fine unless you give it a hard look. Hope these pictures are helpful.. Betsy. This faucet is a beautiful stainless brushed finish. Not too flashy but matches stainless steel appliances perfectly! Performance exceeded expectations. Water adjustment glides onoff smooth and easy, as well as the button to switch to the power sprayer. This is so much easier on the carpal tunnel than gripping a knob to turn. Cold at bottom and hot at the top. Water flow is just right for our 10deep farm sink, all the splash stays in the sink. The pullout retracts and locks into place as described doesnt signor lag b one bit. If power sprayer is on when you turn off water, it defaults back to the regular flowspray when you turn it on again. Nice touch so your arent blasting water on the next person using the sink. I thought I ordered a touchless faucet but after this one was installed I decided to keep it. The water selections are nice and powerful enough to remove stuck on food. Seriously a nice hands-free faucet. Did not install myself but took about 30 minutes for plumbers to install, well worth it. The hands-free feature is incredible for cooking in the real world. I absolutely LOVE this faucet!! It’s all heavy steel (or some type of real metal). The interchangeable handle looks more like rose gold to me and not gold as it appears in the photo. That was a WELCOME surprise to me!! I did have a problem getting a faucet that did not have a defective finish on it, but WAYFAIR rep, Alex Witas was the VERY BEST REP I have dealt with at WAYFAIR!! All the reps are great but Alex went above and beyond to make things right for me!!! Apparently, someone at the manufacturer put their hands on the faucet before it had completely dried, leaving greasy looking fingerprints on parts of the faucet. I was in the middle of my very first kitchen remodel in my lifetime, and it was VERY VERY stressful. The plumber had actually installed the defective faucet and failed to point out the defect. BUT, Alex totally understood and not only sent me a replacement out, but he also gave me a partial credit to help me pay for the plumber having to re-install the faucet!! THE ACTIONS OF ALEX WITAS ARE THE RESON I shop with WAYFAIR!!! I sent my pics showing the defect and Alex not only took the action to fix the problem, but he ALSO expressed empathy and understanding which I REALLY NEEDED at that time! I just cannot say good enough things about my experience with WAYFAIR, and I thank WAYFAIR for giving the customer service reps authority to HANDLE problems as they see just and fair! I was also told that I didn’t have to send back the defective faucet and that I could donate it—which I did. I just didn’t want to pay so much for a faucet that had greasy spots on it that would NOT COME OFF!! The ONLY con I can see with the faucet (and I’ve had it for about 8 months) is that when you turn the water off, it will drip about 5-6 drips. Now, if you are not weird like me and don’t mind water drips in your sink, then it won’t bother you. However, I’m one that dries my sink out every time I use it—I hate water left in my sink. It’s no big deal as I have gotten used to just blotting the faucet with a rag or paper towel and that takes care of the problem. Anyway it’s a gorgeous, heavy-duty, well made faucet and very big!! I’m attaching photos of the defective one and then the PERFECT ONE!! Again, I hope that Alex Witas gets the recognition he deserves. He was a very genuine, caring and top notch employee for WAYFAIR and a very special human being!! He really helped me get through my kitchen remodel—and with my faucet in particular!. Linda-Lea.
