This thing checks all the boxes for me. It has good grip on the bottom, so it doesn't go flying when you're wiping off your boots. It ACTUALLY gets stuff off the bottom of your shoes. It is soft and doesn't hurt to step on barefoot. It's easy to spray clean with the water hose, unlike those natural fiber ones. It doesn't have those little rubber bristles that work but eventually snap off all over your porch or entryway and render other doormats useless. It looks nice.
