We love it! It was easy to install, with the help of the video tutorial, and works wonderfully. We hated to have our views obscured by the TV so this is just the ticket. Absolutely best thing I have put in my kitchen. Wife is happy now that she no longer has to move her heavy KitchenAide mixer around when she wants to use it and it is off the counter which helps the appearance. When she uses it she just has to reach down and lift it out with 2 fingers and when she is done she pulls the handle and pushes down slightly and then it takes over and slowly lowers back into the cabinet like magic.
