A perfect addition to my upstairs officeguest bedroom space - and at a very reasonable price compared to the many other options I found online. The build itself was relatively complex and definitely needs at least 2 people. The wood pattern was just as shown. Received four damaged pieces, (we had to build the bed with the damaged pieces due to company coming) and then take apart to replace damaged pieces. Customer service was efficient. After filling out the damaged item request, replacements arrived quickly with out hassle. The back panels vibrated when moving around on the bed.
