I really like this roaster. It cooked a 14 lb ham perfectly at the same temp and time as the oven. The ham came out perfectly, and clean up was easy. The insert of the roaster is lightweight which really makes clean up easy. There were a couple of dings on the metal insert but Im not deducting stars because it worked so well.. Tina.
