I really like this roaster. It cooked a 14 lb ham perfectly at the same temp and time as the oven. The ham came out perfectly, and clean up was easy. Nice dehydrator. Works great but is VERY noisy! It sounds like a blow dryer! Not quiet like my old cheapie one! I love that it comes with 8 trays and other mats.
