If the 8x11 bags are supposed to be quart size, the gallon size must be huge. When I 1st got to sealer and bags in the container those bags a lot smaller so why are these so big for quart size !! Ive had this for a little under a week now and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had some trouble getting to to deal correctly the first few times while trying g to seal the cucumbers pictured because their moisture content is so high, and the bags that come with the sealer are very low quality, in my opinion. I would definitely get a different brand of bags. I purchased the Hamilton Beach NutriFresh bags and they work super well! The scale works really well and has four weight modes.
