Bought the California king size down comforter to put in a king duvet cover on a queen size bed. It is as fluffy and luxurious as I had hoped although less fluffy than the photos online appear. The comforter is so much warmer than my old one. I used to need an extra fleece blanket and would still be cold. With this new comforter, I was able to remove the fleece blanket and set my thermostat 5 degrees lower in New England winter and still be cozy and warm. I love it. I spent a fair bit of time researching a good quality duvet and it came packaged very nice and the 400 TC does have a luxurious feel. I have only had the duvet for two nights and I did find that was a little colder than expected Ted.
