This pillow has been a life saver. Every morning I would wake up with a stiff neck that radiated to my shoulders. I felt the constant need to crack my neck, and dealt with headaches almost daily. The tension in my neck is almost completely gone, and every morning I wake up I’m still comfortably on the pillow. I added all the extra stuffing into the pillow that it comes with for extra support.
