The swing can't function with the bottom line on...but the cargo net is a struggle if it doesn't have the bottom line. If you look closely, the kiddo swinging has to somehow climb up onto the swing, then the swing has to be high enough that they can clear the bottom line when "pumping". We have decided to leave the bottom line off so the swing can function and we hung large stones from the cargo net to keep it somewhat secure.
The QUALITY is amazing. Just gotta get around the function of the pieces included...
