The glass is surprisingly thick and beautiful. The handles and tracks are sturdy and thick enough. It came unbroken (better than the toilet I ordered last month!) and the pieces are all here. I'm debating whether to tackle this myself or hire a handyman. But it looks beautiful and I'm afraid any issues will be my own installation mistakes from here on. Just put it up. Did it almost all myself,and as a first timer. Just needed my 13 year old to screw the wheels into the 2nd door while I held it up. Instructions suck of course, but I watched a couple videos by people putting in similar ones. Made a few minor mistakes along the way, but all were fixable. Ended up looking great, and fitting PERFECTLY. Just had to measure 5 times and cut... twice in some cases. But always started conservative. You DEFINITELY need a power cutting tool, not a hacksaw, on the top bar. I bought steel cutting discs for my grinder and even that took 3 batter charges. I tried a hacksaw for a few minutes and it hardly made a notch in it. That would take all week. Here's a tip...if any risk of missing the wood studs, add more wood in the wall before tiling. The door itself is great. Very sleek looking. The glass is heavy and feels very sturdy, although I need to find a rubber/silicone pad or something to prevent the hinges from hitting the tile wall. My only gripe is the installation instructions are horrible. Instead of 1-2 hours install, it took 2 days due to not being able to see/understand the diagrams clearly so things would have to be undone and redone, and having to go buy screws bc the ones supplied were not long enough to go through tile, mortar, backerboard, and into the studs.. The quality is really good for the price point! We decided to find the glass that worked and then build our shower around the size of the door. We did have some broken parts arrive and Wayfair handled it very well and took care of us. It was good quality and a great value for the price I paid. My only issues I had were on the delivery side where it shipped in four pieces and one seemed to get lost and delayed a few days beyond the others but it did eventually show up.
