I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. Not satisfied at all. I’ve used the small pan twice and it’s stained. Even after soaking and scrubbing with a blue dish sponge this will not come off. They are beautiful brand new. If you don’t use them, they will look very nice as decoration. I actually cook though. The three dark spots and the stain on the sides is after making breakfast sausage patties.. Miguel. Just received. Haven't used but feel like great quality. Heavy and strong materials. Handy measuring lines on sauce pan and pots, may wear off quickly w time but nice to start with. Loveeeee this set! They are beautiful! If you have trouble with it “losing” its shine (inside) or tarnished its not (look at my photos). You have to treat this set like you treat a cast iron skillet “season” the pans after use. After a good hand wash dry the pans with a soft cloth, then dab a few drops olive oil (or oil if your choice) wipe the inside of each pan (you are coating the oil in the pan) and wah lah they are perfect again!
