It’s a cute table! The expansion is really easy and the color is just as it looks in photos when in natural light (my photos are under artificial light though). Absolutely beautiful and and easy to put together. My one complaint would be that though the top IS solid wood, I was disappointed to find it still had a laminate over it. Any scratch to the surface and it will bubble if it gets wet and that will eventually ruin the surface. (Note It depends on the type of chairs you pair with the table. The bulkier they are the less likely you can fit more than 4.)You can sit at the end of the table which was a concern as a lot double pedestal designs don’t leave enough space. (image attached of our chair at the end). The legs of the table arrived slightly damaged but we are not sure if it was during wayfair’s assembly or from the manufacturer.
