These are to be glued down. I got the navy color. I would prefer a more matte look but this will work. I plan to use these to resurface my fireplace and my hall bathroom floor. This tile is gorgeous! It is a matte finish which I prefer better to the shiny. Very easy to walk on and you don’t slip if it’s wet. When you measure, make sure you order extra boxes. The measurements aren’t exactly what it says. A little smaller and you waste a lot making cuts. This tile is beautiful! I saw an example of it on a Pinterest post and instantly fell in love with the dark grout on dark tile! My installer appreciated that it was mesh-backed so he wasn't laying so many tiles and having to space them.
