I love the color and size of the ottoman. Unfortunately, mine is being returned to being received with a tear along the seam by the leg. I spoke with Pam in customer service who assured me it would be corrected. They stand by their products she said which made me feel better. She noted my information and within a couple days I received information the next steps. I was offered 10% discount or a replacement.
