This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. The cushions are vacuum-compressed for packaging. Before installation, please firmly pat the cushions to help the silk cotton quickly expand and fill the entire cushion. It usually takes 2-3 days for cushions to fully plump up to optimal state.

It is just the size I needed. I was surprised at how easily and quickly I put it together by myself. Only needed help setting it upright and moving it to the rug. The loveseat sofa is as pictured in the online site. I is a firm but very comfortable and the double bed works easily, offers a full or half bed and is very easy to manipulate. And the assembly team of two for this product was very skilled, affable respectful and efficient. Once I saw the assembly in progress, I am very glad that Wayfair offers this service. It would have taken me most of half a day, assuming I could complete the process at all. They were well prepaired and the total time was a total of just about 90 minutes. Great product and great service. Again, as in another review, I wish Wayfair would offer a take away service for the packaging for large and medium items. Otherwise I have to spend a good deal of time with a box cutter so the packaging will fit into the required Recycle bin for the Wednesday pickup. A local mattress store did this for me which included the old bed, headboard, base frame and the new bed packaging. And they provided this with no fee! Good for the price, cushions could be more cushiony but thats an endless scale so no complaints. Assembled relatively quickly and the ideal fold out mechanism where the weight bearing is in no question, cant snap up and convert you into a pancake like a bad spring loaded mechanism or murphy bed. Only think I would say is unless you have already bought million dollar molds make the bed part at least 5'10', because in the west a 5'6" will just not be sufficient, because more often than not your friend or person sleeping over is definitely above that height. Would cost your probably maybe 10-20 extra dollars on the manufacturing and next to nothing on material, would sell it probably significantly more because once you cross that threshold of 5'8" it goes from small sofa kind of a bed to small sofa but a full almost Full size bed.. Super simple and quick to put together, also very easy to adjust into a bed or back into a futon. Really pretty color but it’s suede not leather, either way it has a leather aesthetic. First, I have to say that with all the poor reviews regarding putting it together I nearly didnt get it. This only took 15 mins to put the wheels on. No issues. Second, so many have suggested this is good for kids. I would NOT recommend this for children. Unless your kids sit still and are easy on furniture, this is not good for kids. The back MUST be positioned against a wall (not a problem here, but if kids are going to be on it or its not against a wall, forget it. The back will likely snap off -its wobbly.) The unit itself is very sturdy though! Sitting on it while I write this and feels solid. Lastly, reviews said it was VERY hard- firm- and it is, but I love it! But again, a reason its not for kids, because theyre used to flopping down on cushy things and this is like plywood with a thick foam solid cushion on top ...when I go to flop down forgetting that its firm I realize quickly its like sitting on a step of cement. However, I do love this! Im thrilled that I got it! Its the right color, though in this lighting it looks gray but I purchased the black one and is indeed black. It is a Tweed fabric, so the white specks in the fabric paired with our lighting make it appear light gray, its not. It is not lovely to the touch but not as awful as it could be. My favorite thing about this is that its incredibly versatile! Im a small person so when I sit down with pillows behind me my feet touch the floor, the positioning is perfect for leaning back on (side ways and fully extended of course), and is the right size for an armrest (When I read armrest in the booklet that came with it I was like what armor rest No joke its just like an armrest perfect height for me). When you lay down on it its perfect for someone who is shorter and prefers firm surfaces to sleep on (though narrow, so know that). I have back issues, and suffer on air mattresses or soft beds. I LOVED that people reviewed it as being too hard because I knew it would be perfect for me! Were using this in a spare room. Its the right height for a low coffee table, can be seating or pull-out overnight bed, can be moved into the living room for an ottoman or chair, and fits just about anywhere. I was very concerned because I thought I was going to cover up a plug in the wall with the back of this however when you pull it out the bottom clears the entire outlet! The one thing Im not thrilled about is I think that in shipping the pull out portion was bent, its a little out of alignment but it still works fine, its just going to irk my OCD and I do worry about its function. I would never pay full price for this item. And honestly I would have expected it to be about 10 to 20 less than it was on sale, but it was absolutely worth it for as many different ways as we can use this.. Amber. Willowick, OH. Had our first guest last night and this convertible sofa worked perfectly. We did add a memory foam topper because we like our guests to feel cozy. Overall, nice chair I mean it works as a futon and a chair, which is exactly what I wanted for my guest bedroom. Overall, I really like this sleeper sofa for my needs and tastes and will probably use it for years and years. Pros: Its firm which is my preference and what I was looking for. Minimal looking and minimal size wise. Very nice, super smooth wood frame. Open, armless style. I like the green corduroy fabric. Cons: The back rest cushions are probably more thick than they need to be. This causes a pretty shallow sitting length and your thighs will hang off the front most likely. The underside of the small pillows I received have a very differnet looking grippy section that I haven't found functional or tasteful. I went back and forth between the neutral colors and the green and I’m really glad I chose the green. It’s a beautiful olive shade in person and not nearly as bright as I was worried it might be. It adds some color without taking over the whole room and looks great with our wood furniture. It’s also ridiculously comfortable for lounging. The seat is much deeper than our old couch and I can actually curl up on it without feeling cramped. We’ve pulled it out a few times for movie nights and there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The cushions were a little compressed when it arrived, but they filled out nicely after sitting for a while. I also appreciated not having to put together a million pieces when it arrived.
