This is truly a lovely pergola. It is just as pictured but even more stunning in person. We added our own brackets for extra stability since we live in Iowa and it can get windy. The steel planters fit nice and tight onto the back, and I used them to plant flowers, ivy, and herbs. Could have taken less than half the time to put together if everything was lined up a little better, as far as the pre-drilled holes and the screws/nuts/bolts. The screws were too easily stripped from not lining up properly through the pre-drilled holes, and there should have been more extra screws in case of that. Once I managed to get it all put togeher, it's nice and solid, and looks great! Was my wife's bday gift and she loves it.
