I actually have 3 of these. This one is in my closet. We just moved and you know how that is if you’ve never moved. So those were the cleanest corners I could find. The rug is very well-made. It is very thin and it has ripped on the bottom so it doesn’t fly too much. In my closet I did put a thick pad under it and the other room we use it. The pattern on this rug is absolutely beautiful and very elevated-looking. It visually opens up my space and adds a soft, elegant feel to the room. However, I didn’t give it a full 5 stars due to a few quality-related caveats. First, the overall pattern is quite light, and depending on the lighting and angle, parts of the rug can appear more washed out than expected due to a slight sheen in the fabric. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be aware of. As another reviewer mentioned, the base color also reads brighter white in person. I was hoping for more of a true ivory tone paired with the rose pattern, but it leans more bright white with subtle beige detailing. The rug is also very thin, so I definitely recommend using a cushioned non-slip rug pad underneath. I do wish it felt softer and more substantial underfoot, and one edge arrived slightly uneven. That said, none of these were deal-breakers for me given the lower price point. Overall, the design is gorgeous and looks far more elevated than expected for the cost—just keep in mind that some compromises in material quality come with the affordability. I love my new rug! I did not expect to love it as much as I do. Less than a year ago I bought a stunning pink and white wool rug from Wayfair and was so happy with it. On the first day my cat ruined it. She was attracted to the wool texture and clawed the rug to pieces. I couldn't live with it, it ruined my newly decorated living room and after months of looking on Wayfair I found this rug. It had the pink tones I wanted and my cat is leaving it alone. I looked for all polyester this time. I would prefer wool but it isn’t possible with my cat. This rug is gorgeous. But be aware- it is not the dark pink tones in the center medallion that is in the picture of it on the Wayfair site. It is pale pink tones, not dark pink.
