Item arrived missing the footing piece for two of the support legs. Wayfair support dutifully handled contacting the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts. They arrived over three weeks later. It was easy enough to hang.. just make sure that you have a stud finder & available beams in your ceiling. Once assembled the chair is nice and essentially as described, but buyer beware the assembly is extremely difficult! The instructions are minimal and essentially incomplete, and the tools that come with it are cheap and strip easily.
