The island 4-burner gas grill is a prefabricated all 304 (marine grade) stainless steel gas grill with modern white waterfall granite side cabinets. It has a large 4 burner (78,000 BTU) grill with additional infrared side burner and infrared rear burner. It comes fitted with halogen lights in the cooking zone to make grilling in the dark a lot easier. The knobs are fitted with on/off color-changing LED lights. It has 8mm 304 stainless steel rod cooking grates and 304 heavy-duty tubular high-efficiency burners. With very little assembly, you will be grilling in no time. The caster wheels allow it to be moved around. Once you have found the perfect spot the wheel levelers will ensure your grill is stable. A heavy-duty electric rotisserie kit, chopping board and all-weather heavy-duty cover are all included. There is also an infrared side burner with adjustable heights for those times you want to really enjoy a good steak or heat up a saucepan. The grill also has large drawers and cabinets to store all your grill accessories and to hold a propane tank. The grill can run on natural gas with a small 15 min conversion that anyone can do and it will not cost you extra money. All you will need is a natural gas hose to connect to.

After a nearly 3 month delay in shipping we finally received our new grill over the weekend. Generally speaking I'm very impressed with overall package and quality of the product. I'm deducting one star based mainly on shipping and assembly issues. Nearly every screw holding the assembly together had come loose during shipping, and dozens of screws had simply fallen out of the actual grill assembly that needed to be re-attached. What was described as "minimal" assembly required ended up taking hours to complete, one screw at a time. Additionally, the protective film applied to many surfaces of the grill was incredibly difficult to remove and left quite a bit of adhesive residue on the surface, adding to the assembly frustrations. Finally we also have a few minor dings and dents, but luckily they are mainly in hard to see locations and we're willing to live with them. That said, after the many unexpected hours of assembly were finally complete, everything works well, looks great, and is exactly what we were hoping for. Having owned a couple of Weber Grills and a Lynx in the past, I can tell you that the components of this Mont Alpi are higher quality and feel so much sturdier than the Weber, and are as good if not better than the Lynx which is a much higher price-point grill. We cooked our first dinner last night and I was very impressed with the heat output, control, and consistency. I also really like the integrated lights which are clear and bright and the included cover is also very high quality and fits great.
