I really love the products very comfy and pleasurable to lounge on. However. I do have a Major Complaint regarding FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES that you chose for my package to be delivered by. I Requested that my 72 lb package be delivered to my FRONT DOOR, due to unfortunately I have a Broken/Fractured wrist, instead FEDEX DRIVER delivered my package to the mail room in the FRONT of my building while I live on the opposite side of the build. So I called them several times to have a driver come back out to move it to my door, they told me several lies that they would send someone out. However, they never did, so I even gave them a visit to inform that no one had come out,, and they told me that all their Drivers are CONTRACTORS and the Contracting company does not hold the Drivers accountable for not following direction, there's nothing FEDEX will do about it. I feel so let down it took several days to get someone to move that 72lb box to my FRONT DOOR. So Please use Reliable Delivery Companies. You don't know the challenges your customers may have. I needed a bench in my garage to put my outside shoes on and have a place to sit while I’m doing so. I purchased the roughhewn unfinished benchshoe rack. It took a while to arrive, I’m guessing because more needed to be made. It’s a very simply made benchshoe rack but it is very sturdy. My only complaint is that the photos Wayfair shows are deceiving - the shelves for the shoes are not very high, so for rain boots and shoes with any height, they have to be laid on their side, which takes up more room on the shelves. Unlike some of the other reviews I have read, I had no damage to the bench - no split wood or corner damage. It came all in one piece, nothing to put together, and the box wasn’t too bad to manage. I love this bench. The seat is firm The whole bench seems very well-made. The wood is pretty. There is a vent on the floor in my entry and because of the wood slats in the shelves I was able to set it over the vent without blocking the airflow. The bench is not very wide, so it doesn’t stick out into my entry, but it’s wide enough to sit on and bend over to put on shoes. My husband has large feet and his shoes. Don’t stick out from the shelves. (Although one shoe in the photo is not pushed all the way in, so it appears to stick out) I was so surprised to realize how well the fabric matches my walls!
