Beautiful lights! I purchased these for the entrance to our subdivision. The area is very dark at night and many of the residents worry that someone will run into our signage wall. These little lights are very bright and I placed them around each end of the island. I did not place them in the center, however, I think aesthetically it will look better having them all around the island so, I will purchase more. They are dusk to dawn and they stay on all night. These are really pretty and whimsical at nighttime. They should definitely be put in an area that gets plenty of sun to work optimally. The packaging is terrible, however. Both times I ordered them, there wasn’t any outer packaging, just the manufacturer’s box, which wasn’t even taped shut on the ends. The second set I received was missing parts, which had clearly fallen out of the package during shipping. In cloudy weather or winter, charging time may be longer and working time may be shorter, which is normal for solar lamps and should not be considered as quality problem. 3. If the ground is too hard, do not twist or hammer it with force. Try to soften the ground with water and then insert into the ground. 4. Be sure to turn on the switch and install it in a locatioon where the sun can shine directly on the solar panel.

I ordered these solar powered pathway lights to illuminate and give a little touch of ambiance to the walkway down the side of my house. These lights came very well packaged and took two minutes to assemble/connect the ground bases. They turned on immediately and I was in love with the perfect white light they provided. It has rained twice since they were placed outside and I have watered the garden several times in this area and they definitely seem waterproof. They are really well made.
