Love love love!!! We cannot brag about this oven enough! My husband texts me when he sees the oven heating up on the app and asks what I’m making for dinner. He knows when I’m not using it that he should stop on the way home and grab something. I’m not a chef by any means and I haven’t overcooked anything since we got this oven. I’m obsessed. We have a GE Cafe Induction Stove Top and love it. When we built our home, we endeavored to install top of the line appliances. GE Cafe was not the main manufacturer we selected, but we did think the GE Cafe Series Induction Stove Top was best. Now after a little more than 7 years, we are replacing our appliances which are having problems with GE Cafe Products. The first to be replaced was our built-in double oven. We could no longer get parts for the original oven and more than one of the appliance repair companies in our area do not even work on the original manufacturer’s products. I would like to name them, but at this time choose to hold back on the bad and just talk about the good, the GE Cafe product line which we will use for all future appliances. Guess what, we just found out a neighbor had the exact same oven we had, and they are also going to replace it with a GE Cafe Series Product. I have the two small ovens, although the lower is big enough for a 20 pound turkey. It’s just my husband and myself most of the time. I wanted a small oven to bake two potatoes, one pizza, one sheet of cookies, etc. This one fills the bill and I did not have to get a full size lower one we did not need. But the lower oven meets what I need when we have guests, a party, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by slide out shelves on a rack versus the side of the oven, which do not slide smoothly. I have learned when to use convection ( when using multiple racks or air frying), about which I had always been confused. I thought I would be giving up some features, but I realize this seems to have all of them. The lower oven with convection is an excellent air fryer. Mine’s only little flaw that I have found is the rear and a little to the right near rear is it’s hot spot. But all-in-all I absolutely love it.
