This was the over the toilet installation with the most storage we could find and we're really excited about it. It is nice looking and we love that it holds so much, especially living in a small apartment. it took a long time to put together, but mostly because it was so complicated. The instructions were pretty clear, as these things go. Couple minor complaints: 1) Our bathroom has a bit of a smell with it newly installed. I'm sure this will go away but a little concerning that it is off-gassing. 2) One of the doors arrived with a flaw, the coating was coming off, which is super disappointing. One con was that I purchased this as an open-box item that was supposed to be in excellent condition - i.e. no damage or missing parts. The box was in TERRIBLE shape when it arrived and there were multiple damaged parts. Thankfully, most of the damage was in non-essential areas and in places that can't be seen. And at an early step of assembly the weight of one piece peeled off some layers of composite material from another that it was screwed to.
