I bought this gorgeous 6 ft. rug last July, and I'm madly in love with it. I haven't had it for even a year but a few months ago, the blue edging (tufts?) started to fray. I now have two areas like that that are breaking my heart. I've been so gentle with it that this must be a flaw. I don't know what to do about it, how to have it fixed, or if Wayfair will offer to replace it. I took a gamble on this rug because there weren't many reviews and I find it SO hard to be able to gauge how a rug will actually look when buying online. Gamble paid off- it's GREAT! The colors are subtle but are not boring in the slightest. I chose this rug because of the burnt orange in it and wanted to compliment the color of the brick chimney in our room. It worked perfectly without being too much. It is almost silky to the touch when walking which was a complete surprise. It's a very low pile, but that's what we wanted for the kitchen. I added a thin pad to it which gave it a little bit of softness but also allowed it to remain laying very flat (the corners took a few days). No bunching or rolling up or tripping!
