First off, the image shown is right after I unpacked the curtains and hung them up. They really do look that good straight after unpacking. The customer service was great, in fact, what I didn't know is that I could change the length and add white lining to the panels. I opted for both and they did a great job. I highly recommend this company, the craftsmanship is fantastic, the order came sooner than expected, they took the time to communicate with me to be sure the fabric was the correct color and texture, and they were helpful throughout.. Beautiful color, correct size, two panels for a great price. There was a black mark on each panel, each about 3 inches long- but I'm not sure if they arrived like that or if it happened while putting them up- either way it mostly came out with a damp rag, you can't really see it unless you're looking for it now. They aren't completely blackout because of the light curtain color, but they are definitely room darkening. I still give 5 stars because I'm sure I could have returned them for a refund, but I still like them enough to keep them for the price they were. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. Beautiful drapes. I ordered the 108 in offwhite bc the beige looked too yellow and I was looking for more of an ivory. Unfortunately, these are much more grey than tan. More of an oatmeal. Will keep them though, they’re still gorgeous! These are definitely the type to pull either more grey or tan (cool v warm) depending on the other items in the room.
