The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. The feel is soft and drapy unlike my other linen which are bouncy. I expected that this item would include the certification attesting that it is 100 percent linen but it does not even have a logo. This duvet is filled with care in Canada. The down-proof cotton shell is crisp 260 thread count. The duvet is filled with quality, ethically-sourced 550 loft down. Down fill is soft and luxurious, made up of tiny, fluffy clusters and makes for light, yet high performance duvets. All Season Weight is light, fluffy and warm - great for cold sleepers and cooler room temperatures around 16-18C.
