[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not say this organizer is very sturdy but it works well for my needs. I set it up for my home office; for the type of work I do I need space like this to organize some light books and forms. The setup was a bit of a challenge but in the end I realized how easy it really is. I left some slots just as they are on the picture and some others I left them to fit some books and binders standing up, it has extra holes for you to move to the level you need. The removable shelves make it so convenient to adjust depending on what you need, but I do advise not to overload this organizer, keep it light with papers and thin books, that's really what it's meant for.
