I love this! Forget hot tub Time Machine—THIS takes you right back to the 80’s!!! It has all the good ones and they play great just like the originals. Update: This speedball arcade game is so much fun and really cool looking!!! It is heavy and of really good quality. Love the blue LED light on it... you can play in the dark and the whole thing basically glows blue! This is really long at 8 feet! So we set it up and put it in our garage. The entire family is loving this..including our little, almost, 5 year old! I was worried at first that the balls would be extremely heavy like how they are at some arcade spots but these balls are made of rubber and aren't heavy at all but have enough weight to roll and score properly. One of the four balls was wobbly and not round, probably because of it being in the box. There's an option for one or two players with an electronic scoreboard. Click on the select button to turn on and then click again for one player or another time for 2 players and hit the button below to confirm your selection. Each player gets 9 turns with fun arcade sounds for points and cheering/applause for a high score/ winner. I did notice though that when you score at the 100 pt mark the ball sometimes gets stuck inside the gap between the back board and the return plate. We have to stick our arm carefully into one of the holes to let it roll out back to the return plate. We will have to open the back up to take a look to see why it's doing that. I think we may need to put the plate a little higher. It took my husband and I about 3.5 hours to assemble. Instructions were clearly written and each piece and hardware were labeled properly. Try out the power before putting on the back plate- make sure the wiring is connected the right way. The Wayfair Delivery team was great as usual! It was so easy to reschedule the large delivery date all on Wayfair's website as well! I was able to see available dates and times! So convenient! The team who came to deliver called 30 mins prior and were extra careful with the heavy package. They brought the truck to the back to put the box in the garage exactly where I wanted it! Both delivery men were very nice and professional! Overall, this speedball arcade is well worth it- a lot fun for the entire family. Just in time to keep the kids busy this summer! Ok here it goes! I researched for about 2 months I read on every air hockey the reviews of them and features. None compared to this one.I read the previous reviews on this one and definitely paid the 20 in room delivery. Don’t be cheap do your back a favor it’s 260lbs! The delivery guys were polite and brought it into the house no problem.There were air hockey tables I seen for 800 that didn’t lite up and about the same size. The assembly was challenging they include a small hex key to tighten the screws. You also need a Philips head screwdriver.It took approximately 3 hours total don’t be scared just be patient. We did use a power drill at the end though. So the instructions say “6 strong adults” to flip the table over when you’ve attached the legs and skirt. We had 3 people and it was enough. I guess this decision is on a individual basis.Very important the instructions say when flipping “DO NOT LEAN TABLE ON ITS LEGS” it says to place it on all 4 feet at the same time on the floor. We charged up the led pushers and the led pucks have lithium 3 volt battery so no charging. Here’s the finale we turned on the table and it was cooler then any picture or video I’ve seen! In a darkened room it looks great. The scoreboard plays music and is a very nice feature. There is a button on the scoreboard to turn off the music if it bothers you. For us it added to the fun! The blower is 120 volt and the air coming out of the holes is powerful! The led lights on the perimeter of the inside of the table flash and makes the game exciting. It’s a sturdy table and the game play feels just like at the arcade. No need to spend 3,000 on a professional table this one I can truly say is right up there. Just received the table this week. Overall I love it. It arrived in 2 large boxes. It is very heavy if you are not paying for the service to assemble it you will definitely need help. The dining tabletop is 2 pieces and on the underside is the ping pong side. If you intend to use the table as a dining table when not playing pool or ping pong I would recommend using a waterproof tablecloth because if liquid spills on the tabletop it could drip in between where the 2 sheets intersect and stain the felt of the pool table. You do need to be careful with the wood veneer it seems like it scuffs easily. The assembly is easy but again the table is very solid and heavy you will need at least 4 people to move it, the instructions recommend 6 people. The pool table and ping pong is a nice size for both kids and adults. The benches are very sturdy and will hold all of the accessories even the cue sticks fully assembled.
