Very easy to unpack/assemble and seems simple to disassemble. Playpen comes in a convenient carrying bag though bassinet and changing table would need to be carried separately. Looks great and feels sturdy for a portable unit. Bassinet is a little short but base has much more cushion than similar models. I wish the hood was a little larger to better shied overhead lights but it's better than nothing. Changing table is a little wobbly but pretty comparable to other portable models and does the trick..
