First of all, this knife is absolutely beautiful, as is the packaging it came from. I actually will be saving the black box that it came in, because it is so classy and seems like it's the only thing that would hold this knife properly. As for the knife, it is high quality. The blade is sharp, and the size is good for paring. So far, I've used it for slicing fruit like tomatoes and avocados, as well as quick cutting tasks that a big knife would be unnecessary for.
