I was able to put this together with no tools. I love it. I didnt give it 5 stars because the hooks didnt fit on the bottom of my cabinet. You must have a flat smooth cabinet bottom for you to place it under the cabinet. I improvised and although not conventional placed it at the top of the cabinet door. While somewhat overpriced (it is just pegs and a piece of wood with holes after all!), I am really pleased with this purchase. The pegs are more substantial than I expected. You have to be prepared to cut the board to size with a table saw (or skill saw/jig saw) to properly fit the drawer. I lucked out by getting this for less money after it had been returned - I suspect for that reason. While there are a lot of pegs included, I would have liked to have been able to purchase extra pegs, but regardless I would definitely purchase this drawer organizer again. I was originally going to create a DIY organizer, but it would not have been the same - this peg board is quite thick and the pegs are nicely tapered at the bottom.. Tracy.
